At St. Patrick's Catholic Primary School, we are passionate about developing a love of music and providing children with a wide range of opportunities to perform, create and develop their musical talents.

Alongside the whole-class Ukulele and Guitar lessons delivered as part of our music curriculum, children can also access additional musical opportunities through Telford & Wrekin Music, which has been delivering high-quality instrumental and vocal tuition in schools since 2007.

Telford & Wrekin Music provides a variety of exciting opportunities for children and young people, including:

• Instrumental lessons across a wide range of instruments
• Vocal and singing tuition
• Music theory lessons
• Ensemble and group performance opportunities
• Rock Schools and Orchestras
• Musical instrument hire
• Free lessons and instrument hire for eligible pupils receiving free school meals
• Whole-class music lessons through the Music 2 the 4 programme for Key Stage 2 pupils
• Performance opportunities including Band Nights, the Telford & Wrekin Music Showcase, and regional music workshops and events

These opportunities allow pupils to develop confidence, creativity and performance skills while experiencing the enjoyment and benefits of music-making as part of a wider community.
