Family Help at St. Patrick's Catholic Primary School

At St. Patrick's Catholic Primary School, we understand that family life can sometimes be challenging. There may be occasions when you or your family need additional support, advice or guidance, and we are here to help.

We are committed to supporting the wellbeing of our children and families through Family Help (formerly known as Early Help). By working together at an early stage, we can often provide support before difficulties become more significant, helping children and families to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Support can be offered in many different ways, depending on individual circumstances. Sometimes families simply need someone to listen, while at other times help may involve practical advice, signposting to services or working with other professionals to provide additional support.

Please do not hesitate to speak to a member of staff if you feel you may benefit from support. We are always happy to help, whether that is:

• Providing a listening ear
• Offering practical support and advice
• Helping you access local services
• Supporting attendance and wellbeing
• Assisting with concerns around family life, behaviour or emotional wellbeing
